Curry leaves

A plant that takes a special place in the kitchen with a unique aroma curryleaves is found not only in Sri Lanka but also in India, China, Pakistan, Australia and some African countries as well as parts of the United States. The curry plant (Murraya Koenigii) is also known by the botanical name Murraya Koenigi and belongs to the genus Citrus. Also in the leaves and stems of the curry leaves plant Contains a stimulant scent. That is why it is used to flavor food as well as to flavor it.
